  1. AURORA TAXI THE BASICS 1. Uber can use any vehicle (motorcycle, sedan, sports, and etc.) except for off road and banned vehicles (such as mazda 3 in the bible). Taxi drivers must be on duty whenever there are distress calls. 2. Taxi drivers should agree who will respond to the distress call. 3. If the assigned taxi driver experiences red eye, cockroach (iniipis), the nearest taxi driver should back up the distress 4. Anyone caught stealing distress will be fined 2,000,000 TRAFFIC RULES 1. It is encouraged to strictly follow traffic rules especially if there are government workers (police/fib/sherif/afp). 2. Anyone caught by the police due to over speeding, beating the red light, and others will receive strikes: 1st strike - Warning 2nd strike - 500,000 fine 3rd strike - will be sent to LTO and redo the license procedure
  2. Gangs Gang vs Gang Raiding a Gang Base, there would be 10 minutes mark before the raid began. Every gang member must wear their uniform if they're going to do any gang-related activities. Once a member of the gang is dead they are not allowed to go back to the scene. Do not call for a back up if your radio/cellphone is taken by the enemy. Don't talk and give information using your radio if you're dead. Once cleared, they should notify everyone by saying / CLEAR Gang turf are highly redzone area, you might get killed. Value your life. Don't break character even if someone violated the rules, continue rp. NO GANG ALLIANCE Others CIVILIANS (OR GANG MEMBERS NOT WEARING THEIR UNIFORM) CAUGHT PARTICIPATING OR KILLING GANG MEMBERS AT THEIR PARTICULAR BASES FOR NO REASON AT ALL WILL BE CHARGED WITH RDM AND BE BANNED FOR 30 DAYS. For Gang members - Shoot to kill if you caught any person wearing/copying your gang uniform.
  3. Armed Forces of the Philippines DO's Must strictly follow rules and regulations. All soldiers must abide and obey higher officials. You must be in full uniform at all times, especially during attacks. Soldiers are tasked to protect and respect the citizens of Aurora. You are allowed to protect yourself if threatened to be killed. You are allowed to kill anyone who enters the base without permission. When you are on-duty, kindly proceed to the dispatch channel. You are NOT allowed to go off-duty so that we can monitor where you are going. If you decide to go to the City, checkpoint uniform and/or civilian clothes are allowed. DONT's As stated in the CoE, AFP has no place for corruption. Therefore, anyone caught doing illegal activities are ground for either termination, imprisonment with suspension or execution. This will depend on the type of offence committed. Trainees must be accompanied by higher officials until promoted. They are not allowed to join operations unless commanded to. Never draw out your weapon unless somebody threatened you with a lethal weapon. Assets cannot be used to roam around. You are only allowed to use it during attacks/operations. AFP, Combat Medic, FIB, Sheriff and PNP Joint Operations Joint Operations will be conducted if there's not enough Police, FIB, Sheriff, AFP and Combat medics. Both sides shall be informed ahead of time or at least 10 minutes before whether it may be for robbery, raids or terror attack. Any weapons/assets are allowed in raids and terror attack or whatever LEOs have agreed on using. For robbery, it is not allowed to use heavy attack assets and prohibited weapons. There should be at least 1 combat medic (On duty) left in the hospital during a robbery or Joint Operation. Other departments are allowed to substitute the Police in a robbery when there's none available.
  4. Terrorist ATTACKING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CCU should be notified by messenger or any civilian. There will be a 10 minutes warning (siren) before attacking the PD. Terrorists will engage once PD has been settled. Civilians are required to proceed in a safe area. The police department can only be attacked when there are 5 Police on duty & 2 EMS. Civilians/Gangs cannot join the battle and should not join the battle between terrorists and police. Those who are caught will be tagged for violating the RDM rule. Police are allowed to ask for back up from other Departments if needed. ALL WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. Cool-down of the attack is every 12 hours, 3 times a week. RP will start as soon as any PD online has been notified Once cleared, they should notify everyone by saying /CLEAR TERRO x POLICE TERRORIST INVASION ON SHERIFF DEPARTMENT Sheriffs must be notified by a messenger/civilian. Must have a warning siren to alert the authorities and another siren after 10 minutes signaling the start of invasion. Sandy Shores will be under red zone. Civilians/Gangs cannot participate in this event. Department can only be attacked when 10 Sheriffs are on duty. Violating this rule will result to Fail-RP. There must be 2 Medics on duty as well. Sheriffs are allowed to ask for back up from other Departments if needed. This event can happen every 12 hours for 3 times a week. ALL WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. Once cleared, they should announce /CLEAR TERRO X SHERIFF. TERRORIST ATTACK IN THE CITY SAF, CCU, IDU or the Mayor must be notified by a messenger/civillian. Must have a warning siren to alert the authorities and another siren after 10 minutes signaling the start of invasion. Los Santos will be under red zone. Gangs can participate in helping LEOs defeat the Terrorists. - THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE RPG - Gangs must wear their Gang uniform to avoid confusion. - Civilian should stay on their apartment or in the hospital. City can only be attacked when 10 or more SAF, CCU and IDU are on duty. There must be 2 Medics on duty as well. This event can happen every 12 hours for 3 times a week. ALL WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. Participants of both sides should remain at their bases once they die. Once cleared, they should announce /CLEAR TERRO X LEO. TERRORIZING EVENTS / OCCASIONS Car Shows and other events can be terrorized. Non-Political events. Weddings are excluded. SAF vs TERRORIST There is a 30-minute cool down after each attack. Cool down starts immediately once cleared. When there is an impending attack at the military base, pilots are warned ahead of time to avoid being caught in a crossfire. Both sides are allowed to use any weapons and assets that they have. NO PAUSE RP. Any complaints regarding the RP will be discussed after the current RP has ended. CCU AND IDU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BACK UP WHEN SAF INVADES THE TERRORIST'S BASE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO BACK UP WHEN TERRORISTS INVADES THE MILITARY BASE. LEO vs TERRORIST Sniper is only allowed to be used in the following RP: PD attack Base to base attack (RLA vs SAF) City attack Kidnapping RP Assets are allowed in: PD attack Base to base attack (RLA vs SAF) City attack Free roam RP Kidnapping RP TERRORIST vs GANG The gang can't invade the terrorist base unless there's an RP. (i.e. Terrorist hostage one of the gang member etc) The gang will be given a max of 10 minutes to prepare.
  5. Mechanic Must type /hood when repairing to comply with the role-play. Selling a huge amount of repair kits at once to one person is prohibited. Attendance is a must. Distresses must be responded as soon as possible. There will be one or two mechanic that will responded in every trigger robbery to impound/tow the vehicles and remove objects.   6. AURORA EMS Aurora Medical Center EMS will priority robbery over other distress and therefore everyone must value their life. Distress near/inside the red zones must be avoided. If criminals demand EMS to save one of their members, do as they say. But BPM rules are still being applied. Criminals demand to revive one of their member that have 0-5 which is considered dead, and they killed the combat ems consider as fail RP. Medical Rules - Robbery If the police won during the robbery they will revive no matter what their bpm. As for the criminals, bpm guide will apply. If the criminals won during the robbery (they need to get out of the scene immediately), bpm guide will apply for police and criminals. 0 - 5 BPM - DEAD (Must be brought to hospital morgue) 6 - 10 BPM - The patient needs to be drag out of the scene by the combat medic and be brought to the hospital for surgery - 150,000 11 - 15 BPM - Must be brought to the hospital and revived in the surgery bed - 60,000 16 - above BPM - Can be revived on the spot (+ 1 Medkit) - 30,000 In any case, the combat EMS is down. They have to distress HP to call in Nurses/Intern. LEOs and Medics will inform us via OOC chat if the robbery is clear EMS cannot revive anyone when there is an on-going crime scene/RP. Even if it is an accidental death of a LEO, or a random civilian getting involved. LEO and Combat Medic will first be revived by the Medic on the spot (based on their bpm). Criminals will have to be brought to the nearest Medical Center if their BPM falls 6 - 15 BPM, accompanied by the police. Check the vitals of the patient (LEO and Combat EMS) and revive according to the bpm rules then the criminals. A criminal who is unconscious that have been revived by Combat Medic and/or Medic are subject to surrender to the police. If all the LEOs and Combat Medic are dead and criminals demand Medic to save one of their members, do as they say. But BPM rules are still being applied. If the LEOs, Combat Medic and criminals are ALL unconscious. Through getting all of the police and criminal bpm we will know who won. All LEOs, Combat medic and Criminals will be revived. If all the police have better bpm than the criminals the winner will be the police. The criminals have to surrender their guns, dirty money and other illegal materials. But If the criminal has better bpm than the police the winner will be the criminals. The criminal will take home the dirty money they got from the bank/yacht/jewellery/store.
  7. AURORA ALLIED FORCES (AAF) Police or the Aurora Allied Forces are law enforcing individuals that are highly trained to protect our city. NOTE: If an AAF officer is caught disobeying and breaking the law, the higher-ups are required to imprison him/her, double the normal jail time of criminals do. Repeated caught crimes that reach up to THREE TIMES will be considered as a force termination of position. One cannot be hired as a higher ranking officer immediately. You are to be mentally and physically examined whether you are fit for the position. Apprehending suspects avoiding arrest. (Chase on-foot) The AAF are required to warn the suspect 3 times with 5-second intervals between each warning that they will be tazed if they won’t surrender. The AAF have all the right to taze a suspect avoiding arrest on-foot if they attempt to get away by entering a vehicle. (No warnings needed). The maximum tolerance is expected from each AAF officer. If you are caught beating or hurting a civilian whether incarcerated or not and is of no physical threat to you or any other officer or civilian on the server, you are to be demoted and stripped of your job. AAF Officers can only be revived only if their BPM is 6 onwards. If they died(0-5 BPM) during robbery, holdup or got into an accident, NLR definitely applies to them. Parking lot in front of the PD is for guests only. AAF's DO's You are to memorize the Miranda rights and have a vast knowledge of the Philippine law. You must abide by higher officials at all times. You must strictly follow all the rules. You are to serve the citizens of Aurora City. AAF should always follow CoC (Code of Conduct) If you are shot or aimed by a criminal with a lethal weapon, you are then allowed to kill them. You are to enforce safety upon all citizens (including criminals) unless provoked to take further action. AAF officers should always inform the EMS in-charge regarding the status of the crime. Whether it is clear or any other status. However, if all AAF are dead, they should inform via tweet. Always check the AAF chat/ AAF announcements (Especially the mentions) Fill up your attendance record/s immediately and follow the attendance format. Salute/Respect the higher ranks. Be professional in talking to other officers and civilians. When on-duty, make sure that you are in the dispatch channel. Always Use Push-to-Talk on discord/dispatch. Uniform is a must. (This does not apply to Colonel or higher officers) Make sure to go off-duty when you’re not on duty anymore. If you decide to park your personal vehicle, please take it to the AAF garage to notify us that it is not a civilian's vehicle. If you will park it in front, please notify our commanding officer/s. All AAF car’s with cosmetics is not allowed. Set it to original modification. Failure to comply will result in automatic warning. Turn off siren/lights when leaving your AAF cars. When you going off-duty, make sure to store your AAF vehicle in the garage. AAF's DON'Ts You are not allowed to carry illegal drugs and illegal firearms (Random inspection might put you in jail and get you removed from the whitelist) unless these items have come from criminals and need to be deposited to the PD. AAF trainees are not allowed to patrol alone. Higher ranking officers should accompany and guide the trainee until promoted. Corruption is not allowed. You will be terminated once caught. AAF cannot use lethal force against a suspect that do not possess or pull out a lethal weapon (guns, knives, explosives). AAF are NOT allowed to use force unless suspects initiated. Refrain from using foul words. No running and playing inside the AAF Department. Don’t leave your AAF car unattended.

Celebrity, fictional characters, or other famous people’s name cannot be used. Your character in-game must have originality. Do not imitate famous people’s roles. Account Ownership & Responsibility Players must not trade their accounts for money or valuables. Your account is your responsibility, may it be your Steam, Discord, or in-game character account. New Life Rule (NLR) Once you have reached 0-5 BPM, you are automatically granted a new life. Having a new life, of course, means you no longer remember everything that has happened in your past life. Your name and appearance should be changed. (Unless your new role-play is a relative of your past life, then you can have a similarity in the appearance and the same last name.) Fear Roleplay Value your life. You must fear for your life since you only have 1 life. Surrendering to criminals is a must unless you are someone with capabilities to fight against them. Running away is also classified as Fear RP, which is in turn classified as a fail RP. ROLEPLAY DO'S Must Stay In-Character Staying in-character means you have to strictly comply with the role-play. Declaring OOC often in-game is prohibited, it can only be done when there is a legitimate reason to do so, and not for personal gain or, for a complain while a scenario is on-going. Here are examples of out-of-character actions: Discussing personal lives. Using words that do not fit the role-play environment Advertising your stream in-game and telling people to say hi to your bodycam. Declaring a fail RP without finishing a scenario. There is an OOC channel in discord, however, all things that have been said there are pure out-of-character, therefore it cannot be used in-game. All OOC chats should not be taken personally and to roleplay. Manners is the Key in Getting Along Respect each and every one. Mind your words. Make sure your role-play does not harm anyone personally. ROLEPLAY DONT'S Powergaming Power-gaming, from the word itself, means the use of power in-game to surpass others or benefit one-self. Examples are the following: Using of admin powers, especially god-mode power during role-play scenarios. Using an overpowered weapon to another player during role-play scenarios. Taking advantage of a friend who’s from a higher rank, and using that for personal gains in-game. Metagaming Meta-gaming is obtaining information that is not found in-game, or not through the process of role-playing. Examples are the following: Knowing a person’s location from a stream you are watching. Using out-of-character (OOC) to provide others information. Using information obtained through OOC in roleplaying. Character Creation Bug exploit and abuse mean the use of bugs to take advantage of certain situations. Here are the examples: Wall glitch – Going through certain bugged walls in order to escape from a scenario. Punching or shooting an officer while in cuff animation is considered as bug exploit. Using of piggyback for something illegal. Duplication of items. Prone bug. Fail Roleplay Using prohibited weapons Being out-of-character Combat-log – Disconnecting from the game in order to escape from a situation. Random Death Match (RDM) Random Death Match (RDM) is killing or assassinating someone without any valid reason with either the use of fist or weapons, the following are the examples: Revenge killing right after the incident. Assassinating someone that does not have a bounty. Random killing with friends just for fun or for practice in public. Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM or VDM) Random Vehicle Death Match or Vehicle Death Match (RVDM or VDM) is killing or assassinating someone without any valid reason with the use of a vehicle. Out-of-Character (OOC) When there is an ongoing RP NEVER CONDUCT OOC. Let the RP finish and talk about the issues afterwards. This prevents any commotion to happen in the city. ALWAYS comply and let the Admins and Staffs handle it. NEVER PUT IN OOC. Value your Life Value your life during a hostage/holdup situation. You must value your life when held at gunpoint. Try to fight back is consider as fail RP. Even in a One on One situation, a person must comply. If the person you are holding at gunpoint refuse to comply you have the right to shoot him/her. If you are a Law Enforcement Officer, value of life is slightly different from that of a Civilian. This is to give our LEOs a fair chance in that RP. LEOs can still fight back if the ratio is 1:1 and 1:2. Meaning, an officer is only obliged to comply if ratio is already 1:3. Therefore: 1 Officer vs 3 Criminals = Comply. 2 Officers vs 5 Criminals = Comply. If 1 Officer vs 2 Criminals or 2 Officers vs 3-4 Criminals = Fight back. Aurora Executive Order No. 02 - 2020 APPREHENSION OF UNWANTED VISITORS AT MEDICAL CENTER Anyone caught loitering around the hospital with no intention or business being at the hospital are subject to apprehend by an LEO with a minimum community service of 50. Aurora Executive Order No. 03 - 2020 WHITELISTED JOB For those who are newly hired you can't resign for the first 30 days. If you don't show up for work for more than 5 days without sending a letter of absence you will be blacklisted or considered AWOL. Also if you get terminated from work or had submitted a letter of resignation, you won't be able to apply for other whitelisted jobs for 7 days. https://aurorav.net/topic/42-aurorarp-job-blacklist/ Aurora Executive Order No. 04 - 2020 SECOND ACCOUNT Using of "second account" is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be PERMANENTLY BANNED. Aurora Executive Order No. 05 - 2020 MECHANIC IMMUNITY It is prohibited to do holdup or hostage taking inside Aurora Mechanic Shop. Aurora Executive Order No. 06 - 2020 STOLEN VALOR ACT Civilians are prohibited to wear apparels that represent whitelisted jobs (decals, vests). Any person caught stealing valor and abusing it will be sentenced to a community service ranging from 50-100. Aurora Executive Order No. 07 - 2020 GOVERNMENT ASSETS ACT The use of military/assets for non whitelisted jobs is considered power gaming. This includes local jets, helicopters and vehicles. Aurora Executive Order No. 08 - 2020 RESPONSIBLE PARKING ACT ANYBODY caught parking their vehicles irresponsibly will be sentenced to a community service ranging from 30-50. Park your vehicles properly! Aurora Executive Order No. 09 - 2020 ANTI-ABUSIVE MERCHANT ACT Selling in exchange of Real Life currency (IRL) is strictly prohibited by the law. Buyers can only use clean money, dirty money, and coins to purchase items, house, car, business and etc. Any person caught buying or selling in exchange of Real Life money will be permanently banned. Aurora Executive Order No. 10 - 2020 LENIENCY PERIOD ACT A player who clearly crashed or is freshly spawned will have a leniency period before they can engage/re-engage in rp. This means they will have 1 minute leniency period before they are eligible for RP. ROBBERIES GENERAL RULES FOR ROBBERY The following rules for robbery must be followed to ensure the smooth roleplay in Aurora City: AAF and Combat EMS and Criminals are NOT allowed to use helmet during robbery. You cannot ROB/KIDNAP/HOLDUP while there's no EMS on duty. If there's an ongoing robbery the next robbery will have to cancel so there will be no waiting. Robbers must have a concrete plan before starting a robbery. Robbers are allowed to set up outside within 5 meters from Principal Bank with a maximum of 2 people. Only one negotiator for both sides and none should be harmed during the negotiation. Hostages cannot be killed if they are in compliance with the demand. Hostages must be released for every demand granted. Robbers and AAF cannot use medkit during the battle. Once caught will be warned by the admin. Robberies cannot be conducted when there is no EMS or AAF (Fear Role-play applied). The ratio must be strictly followed. AAF or Criminals cannot create a ratio on their own during negotiation. LEOs can apprehend suspects coming out of the main door with either taser or tackle. Criminals are not allowed to use taser during Robbery RP. In an on going robbery, if there's 5+ criminals that are alive they are required for transfer to boiling broke escorted by AAF. For Yacht Robbery, robbers are not allowed to rob and escape immediately. No negations will happen, therefore, resulting to direct shootout. Props are not allowed to be spawned in all robberies unless you are an EMS or Mechanic. No spectators during robbery. Use of /e cam during robberies is counted as metagaming. RULES FOR SHOOT-OUT (ROBBERY) Robbers cannot demand restrictions on LEO's weapon of choice. If suspect demands "no throwables" he/she must choose only one: No BZ Gas or No Grenades. (1 Hostage = 1 demand) RULES FOR CAR CHASE (ROBBERY) Free Passage definition: Free passage until the suspect/s safely enters the car. If Robbers demand FREE PASSAGE, Respondents must give enough space for the Robbers to pass through. Blocking the way or surrounding the area with vehicles diminishes their demand. Failing to comply will result to Fail RP. Robbers are only allowed to use up to 2 (4-door) vehicles. Exclusive cars are not allowed. Only one helicopter can be used by the LEOs during a car chase. This is only to provide the location of the robbers, and it must not be used to kill or shoot. Robbers are not allowed to go to their bases during Car Chase. Robbers and LEOs cannot use motorbikes during car chase. LEOs can now open fire on the robbers upon entering a 2nd transport/escape vehicle. (this is only possible when 2 government property have been destroyed) LEOs can now open fire the robbers upon reaching or entering the ocean/beach/river. Robbers can do scuba diving to escape as long as there is proper equipment for diving. (not applicable for yacht robbery) Robbers/LEOs who died in the water is considered 0 BPM. (NLR applied) RULES FOR RESCUE RP CRIMINAL TRANSFER TO BOILING BROKE At least 8 LEOs on Duty (Depending on availability of LEOs on distress) High Profile Criminal with a minimum of x5 Cases for a specific Major Violation, confirmed Terrorist, Wanted Fugitive, High Profile Criminal Guilty with 300+ Deadly Weapons or 3000g + Illegal Substances. Detained criminal must be allowed to call/contact their relatives before transport to boiling broke happens. The rescue/ambush must be outside the City proper. (City proper boundary is Highway or Freeway) After a successful transfer to Boiling Brooke, the criminal will be sentenced to a lifetime imprisonment which means he will die of old age in prison. (NLR applied) If the RESCUERS won the rescue RP, LEOs are going to remove all of their cases/convictions (Detainees only) and he/she must hide under new identity for New Life Rule. If they lose, all detainees will spent 60 years (60 mins in real-time) in prison. LEO(s): 1. LEO(s) must use their Prison Bus, Police Transporter or Police Armored Vehicles as mode of transportation for the criminal. 2. Police Cars or Personal Cars with ELS can only be used when accompanying or escorting the Prison Bus, Police Transporter or Police Armored Vehicles. 3. LEO(s) must be on convoy when transferring a criminal to Boiling broke. 4. LEO(s) can take different routes or have multiple convoys when transferring a criminal to Boiling broke. 5. LEO(s) are no longer allowed to wait inside the Boiling broke. All participants must take part of the convoy. 6. LEO(s) are not allowed to wait on roads/highways on foot. RESCUER(s): 1. RESCUER(s) are not allowed within the vicinity of Boiling broke. 2. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to put objects such as barricades or vehicles that will block the gates of Boiling broke. 3. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to do road blocking (Barricades/Vehicles) in any road or highway. 4. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to wait on roads or highways on foot. 5. RESCUER(s) can ram any vehicle that is part of the convoy that has already entered the highway road or has exited the city. 6. RESCUER(s) should make sure that the rammed vehicle is totaled/wrecked/flipped over (immovable) before getting off of their vehicles and open fire. 7. RESCUER(s) must wear themed and uniformed clothes or costumes when rescuing. This is to avoid fail RP based on the head count of RESCUER(s) and for LEOs to easily identify civilians. (note: we suggest rescuers to wear their designated / official uniforms to avoid gang alliances) Note to LEO(s) and RESCUER(s): 1. Once the LEOs have entered the gates of Bolingbroke with the criminal, the transfer is already a success. RESCUER(s) are prohibited from going inside the Bolingbroke. 2. Once the transfer is complete, LEO(s) should announce it via OOC. All RESCUER(s) must retreat and should also announce their retreat via OOC. 3. LEO(s) and RESCUER(s) must cease fire once the transfer success has been announced. 4. RESCUER(s) must announce via OOC if they got the rescued criminal during the RP. All remaining LEO(s) can still chase the RESCUER(s). Rescue is considered a success once LEO(s) have announced that RESCUER(s) got away with the criminal or if all LEO(s) are down. 5. LEO(s) will no longer be required to cuff/escort the criminal that is being transferred when inside the vehicle. Therefore, the criminal is expected to wear seatbelts (to prevent from falling off the vehicle during the transfer/ramming) and remain in the vehicle until he/she reaches the destination (this is to avoid LEO’s from using the criminal as shield during crossfire). 6. If the criminal refuses to comply and not wear his seatbelts, it will automatically result to FAIL RP. 7. In the event that the criminal being transferred is killed during the crossfire, it is considered as FAIL RP and the culprit or the person responsible for his killing will be punished. HEAD COUNT: Minimum of 4 and Maximum of 8 rescuers are allowed. (Even without rescuers transfer RP continues) Minimum of 6 and Maximum of 10 LEOs are allowed to participate. Both LEO and Robbers must be aware of the time limit per robbery site. Robbery is voided once it exceeds the time limit. Demand for 30 or any time related from the robbers is not allowed anymore. KIDNAPPING AND HOLDUP Kidnapping AAF, EMS and Mechanic can be kidnapped when on-duty BUT ONLY when they are not responding to any crime scenes. Kidnapping is not allowed unless LEO count is at 12 and above. A maximum kidnappers of five per PERSON: Kidnapping more than 1 person will push the limit to +1 1 Hostage = 5 Kidnappers 2 Hostages = 6 Kidnappers 3 Hostages = 7 Kidnappers The maximum count a group can kidnap is limited to 3 ONLY. A person cannot be kidnapped when they are in a safe zone. No scripted kidnapping. The person you kidnap should not be related to you or should not know your plan beforehand. You must role-play your kidnapping progress, such as “Taas kamay, sumama ka samin!” or in English, “Hands-up! You’re coming with us!” Hostages must be cuffed to avoid any fail role-play accusations. The hostage cannot be killed while the negotiation is on-going. “Hostage cannot be killed when they are in compliance with the demand.” Kidnappers can only use 4-door vehicles when extracting their hostage/hostages. Extracting a hostage with a motorcycle is not allowed. Maximum Ransom to be ASKED: Government Workers: 50,000,000 PHP Whitelisted Jobs: 30,000,000 PHP Normal Civilians: 10,000,000 PHP ADDITIONAL RULES FOR KIDNAPPING A LEO Kidnapping is not allowed unless LEO count is at 12 and above. If the Head of Department (whether it may be from AAF) were to be kidnapped, maximum of 2 demands are allowed. (Applicable to all gangs and kidnappers only) If the Head of Department (whether it may be from AAF) were to be kidnapped, no maximum demands. (Applicable to LEO vs. Terrorist only) Demands are only valid when hostage is safely secured, failure to comply from both parties' demand will result to Fail-RP. If he/she is not the Head then maximum demand is 1 only. Hold-up AAF, EMS and Mechanic On-duty can be robbed BUT ONLY when they are not responding to distress and to any crime scenes. LEOs can be robbed even if the combined count is less than 12. Maximum Holdappers: FIVE You must role-play to rob a person like, “Holdap to, taas mo kamay mo!” or in English, “Put your hands up, where’s your wallet?!” You must come face-to-face with your target and you should ensure that you are heard clearly. Victims must be cuffed for a smoother role-play. Hostages/Victims can escape when they see a chance possible; however, criminals have the right to shoot them while they are on their escape. Maximum money to be taken: 1,000,000 PHP CRIMINALS Criminals must wear a mask before conducting a crime. Criminals should not use AAF uniforms. (as seen on Aurora Executive Orders) F1 Rules must be thoroughly read to avoid any fail RP. Once granted a new life, they must strictly comply. PROHIBITED ACTIONS FOR ALL RP NO TACKLING IN ANY RP EXCEPT FOR ROBBERY, BUT ONLY USE IT WHEN THE ROBBER TRIES TO ESCAPE/RESIST ARREST. IF POSSIBLE, USE TASER INSTEAD. USE OF BOXES INSIDE A BUILDING WHERE ROBBERY IS HAPPENING OR RIGHT IN FRONT OF ENEMY/ENEMY'S BASE IS PROHIBITED AS WELL. USING REMOVE CLOTHES FEATURE TO CHANGE CLOTHES/UNIFORM OR APPEARANCE DURING RP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THEREFORE, HOLDING L TO USE INTERACTIVE CLOTHES MANAGEMENT IN ANY RP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS CONFISCATED ITEMS AND WEAPONS FROM SUSPECTS AND DEAD BODIES (SUSPECTS) ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR PERSONAL PURPOSES. - Confiscated Bandage and Super Soldier Chocolate is an exception (Robbery). - For other RPs, confiscated MedKits, Bandages and Super Soldier Chocolates can be used. HOLDUP/KIDNAPPING/OPEN SHOOTOUT - GANG/CIVILIAN/LEO (Other additional rules) GANGS/CIVILIANS are strictly prohibited to attack, hold-up and kidnap within AAF Headquarter's vicinity. Violating this rule will result to FAIL RP. (PD, AFP, and FIB Bldg) ONE STEAM ACCOUNT RULE Having more than one Steam account to play in the server is strictly prohibited. Anyone who goes against the rule will be banned permanently. WHITELISTED JOB RULES Whitelisted jobs cannot go AFK. If there is an emergency and you can inform everyone, please do so. If you can't then explain it afterwards and never argue. Please be mindful that situations do come at any time, this is why it is suggested to go OFF-DUTY even if you'll be AFK for a very short period of time.
